The Trump regime is strangling reproductive healthcare funding nationwide, and it's hitting safe havens like Illinois hard. While surrounding states are cutting services, we're facing a massive federal budget gap that Springfield hasn't backfilled. And let's be clear: this isn't an accident. This is deliberate.
We cannot let reproductive healthcare fail. The people who depend on these services—our neighbors, our friends, people traveling hundreds of miles because their states have criminalized care, deserve better than politicians who talk a big game but won't fight for funding when it matters.
